"Regarding Tucker, I couldn’t be a bigger fan.  For context, while I don’t have a lot of experience with contracting work, I have enough to endorse him with confidence.  Simply put, Tucker exceeded our expectations.  

 

There are a lot of GCs out there that could do the job we contracted Tucker to do, but it’s “the little things” that, in my opinion, allow him to stand apart from the crowd; and all of this was put to the test while navigating the challenges created by the pandemic; which there were quite a few.

 

Tucker checks all the boxes from trustworthy to cost-conscious to creative, but I think what I most appreciated was how communicative, available, and flexible Tucker was throughout our project.  Even though I knew he was juggling projects much bigger than ours during our work, he made us feel like we were a priority.  This was a big point for us since my wife and I were constantly moving the target by changing the scope and overall just being indecisive.  

 

Tucker always made himself available and approached our indecision with patience and understanding.  And lastly, it’s important to highlight that the quality of his and his subcontractors’ work is great.  We couldn’t be happier with the final product."
